PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT

Beauty Service Area – At this time, we provide services throughout the inner Maryland, DMV area, to include: (Washington DC, Prince Georges Co Maryland, some parts of Mo. County, parts of Howard and Arundel County and most of Waldorf). We do NOT service the following areas:

·       Surrounding areas near 210 - Bryans Road, Accokeek, LaPlata, MD

To ensure artist can commute to your designated location, some parts of Mont Go, Howard, Arundel & Charles County will need to be approved before booking.

For clients that reside in or near Alexandria, VA, you must be located on or near a metro line for appointments.

Appointment Confirmations – Approvals or Denials – All appointments are subject to approval before confirming. The schedule does not reflect the booked time as we receive clients, events and bookings on and off calendar. If you submitted a deposit, you will receive a refund if the appt date/time is not available – Please click HERE to submit a client inquiry before submitting a deposit for an appointment. – Also, when booking your appointment Please make sure to add the correct spelling of your email address and phone number to receive all appointment notifications. Misspelled email address will not receive notifications.

Cancelations & Rescheduled Appointments - Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations must be submitted using the cancellation link included in the appointment confirmation or reminder email. If the email cannot be located, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us directly at [email protected]. 

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining balance owed. Appointments and payments are non-transferable and will not be applied toward future appointments or transferred to family members or friends.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled within (90) days of the original appointment date, subject to availability. Any payments made will be applied toward the rescheduled appointment and client is to pay remaining balance due.

No Show/Late Policy - There is a no tolerance policy with no-show and late arrival appointments. Clients have up to 5 min after appointment time to keep their scheduled appointment. Late arrival time between 5-10 min will be charged an extra $50, after 10 min your appt will be canceled and your card on file will be charged the remaining balance in addition to late fee. No Show - no call will be charged full amount plus + $75 inconvenience fee.

Inclement Weather/Rescheduling - During periods of extreme weather, particularly between January - April, the Artist reserves the right to use professional discretion regarding travel safety. In the event of severe weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, snow, or reduced visibility, arrival times may be delayed, or the appointment may be canceled.

If the appointment is canceled due to inclement weather by either the Artist or the Client, the Client will have up to six (6) months from the original scheduled appointment date to reschedule. Any payments made will be applied to the rescheduled date, and the Client will be responsible only for the remaining balance at that time.

Illness/Emergencies - If the Client is feeling unwell or experiences an emergency on the day of the appointment, the Client must notify the Artist as soon as possible. The appointment may be canceled and/or rescheduled to the next available date and time. If the Artist becomes ill on the day of or the night prior to the appointment, every reasonable effort will be made to secure a replacement artist or provide professional referrals when available. The Artist is not liable for circumstances beyond their control due to illness or emergency situations.

Hotel – Venue Appointments/Parking – If your designation is a hotel, please be sure to the provide exact name/address you will be getting ready at. Please email or text the room number upon check-in or provide a name the room is under.  Client is responsible for covering valet parking and will be charged to the room.

Appointment Conditions - Please be courteous & refrain from excessive talking/texting on your phone while getting your makeup done. This prohibits the makeup artist from completing your application in the time frame given to perfect the look that you have invested in. Please keep small children and pets away from the working area.

Home Environment Conditions - Please ensure there is Ample Space for the makeup artist to work. We require adequate table space to lay products out and perform work. Please let us know if you do not have table space. It is encourage that clients have a dedicated space available prior to artist arrival (I recommend removing any items or obstructions from the area to allow room to work).

Pictures/Videos - Our business continues to grow thanks to the visibility of capturing our beautiful clients’ photos/videos in the best light. Transformation video and/or pictures may be taken at your appointment, we reserve the right to use before and or after videos & photos on our social media platform for the sole purpose of content usage to showcase before/after transitions.
